Back in the Saddle

Some so called friends of ours have been rubbing the USC vs Clemson thing in our face for the last couple of years. They have decorated our cars, taught Eli the yell "Go Cocks", and just generally rubbed it in. Well we decided we would get them back by decorating their child. See image below... This is what happens if you leave your child at the Pelton Residence.

Don't worry, it washes out.

Funny pic of Jax and Eli. Buddies!
Logan Pre-Race at Davidson, NC.
First Place Results win by almost 4 minutes

Podium Shot.
I have mixed feelings about Logan's Race on Sunday. I am excited that he is back on the bike racing, but a little disappointed that he did not race up an age group. At this point I am weighing the benefits of building his confidence back up vs providing a challenging race environment.
The trails up there are great for the kids. They are nice flowing trails with a few difficult obstacles totaling a 2 - 2.5 mile loop. Logan finished the 5 mile race in 29 minutes or 10mph average. It was nice to see confidence coming back.
