Lately all the riding I have been doing is either on the road or at Sesqui which is only because of convenience. I have taken advantage of Sesqui because my daughter has soccer practice for 1.5 hours two times a week. So to keep things interesting, back in August completed the 5 mile loop in 20 minutes. This was my bar and since then I have completed a warm up lap and then a TT lap. This week I was able to complete the lap in 18:55. At least it is something to keep things fun.
I have also stumbled across the greatest MTB find ever. This product is the best chain lube I have ever used. I have used everything, or at least it seems like it, but nothing seems to perform just right. You know, no build up, last for a few rides, keeps dirt away, won’t wash off in the wet. Well this product is it. And at only $5 a can, it can not be beat. I applied it very liberally the first time to clean the chain. Then wiped off the excess and repeated the next day. Now I have 3 rides on it with no re-apply and the chain is still running smooth. And as you can see there is no build up or dirt on the chain.

Check out that new Bontrager RLX wheel. White spokes, red nipples, on my red and white 69SS is pimpin!
