The wife is pregnant and on bed rest for the next four weeks at least. This increases my responsiblities and makes any personal training seem really selfish.
Logan got a BMX bike for Christmas so we get out to Lexington BMX and Columbia BMX every chance we get. I really need my own bike so I can get some exercise while he is riding for 2-2.5 hours.http://www.lexingtonbmx.com/, http://www.columbiabmx.org/.

Santa also brought a drum set so Logan can rock too.
Last little update.
As we know January 19 is Martin Luther King Day. Logan's class had a project about "I have a dream". This is what he came up with.
I wish I could live up to his dreams. It is great being a super star in a childs mind.
He has a better chance of accomplishing that dream than I do.

Once Logan gets so time in on his drums let me know and you guys need to come by the house and let him play a fulsize 7 piece kit. I have been letting my son attempt to play the snare. We only live about 5 miles from the Lex. BMX track.
